step2-If u use rcomnet wid balance every session u will be charge between 10-40paisa
step3-If u use 3G recharge then u will be charged .20kb for every time u connect (it's best.)
Step4-very commonly it's a vpn trick and 'HSS' is working with lport 52 and rport 9201.
